Accessed from Hwy 99 via Charter Way from the north,
or Mariposa Road from the south.
Accessed from Interstate Hwy. 5 (I-5) either by
taking Charter Way or the crosstown freeway to the east.
When on the crosstown freeway, take the
Wilson Way exit and turn right:
Wilson Way goes directly to the fairgrounds.

GATE PROMOTIONS
In the interest of enticing qualified buyers,
FREE admission is provided for:
Seniors................................................................Thursday
Anyone bringing a valid fishing license.....Friday
Print ads will offer admission discounts.
VENDOR ELIGIBILITY
All exhibitors must be authorized dealers for the products displayed. In the case of competitive lines, it will be the responsibility of the factory or distributor to designate the approved dealer for this show.
No P.O. boxes or temporary lots.
Dealers must have a minimum of three of any product line to qualify as the exclusive dealer for that line.
RV DEALERS: ASK ABOUT OUR NEW USED UNIT POLICY!
This show is SB 325 compliant - all RV dealers will comply.
SPACE ASSIGNMENT
Assignments will be made in the order that contracts and deposits are received. In general, exhibitors from the previous year's show will have first right of reusal for the same space this year, providing they have complied with all terms and conditions of the show ( at the Discretion of show management). Management may make changes and moves as necessary for the good of the show.
EXHIBITOR'S SCHEDULE
Move in......................................February 18 - 20
Exhibitors MUST be ready for business by 10 a.m., Thursday morning.NOTE: Thursday traffic is traditionally brisk!
Move out............................February 24 - 25
Exhibitors may begin moving out AFTER 6 p.m. on Sunday, February 24. Exhibits must be completely removed by 5 p.m., Monday, February 25.
ADVERTISING
A full spectrum public relations and advertising campaign is planned, including television, radio, newspaper, magazine, and billboard media covering the Delta, Central Valley, and Foothills areas.
